I paid $2,195 for 1 yr subscription of ALPHA-9 on 7/18/20 with 100% money-back guarantee "If you don't see 250 chances to double your $ in a year's time, I'll refund every penny of your subscription." It didn't work for me since it didn't mention before I signed up that I needed to have a large sum of money to place their recommended option trades, and a higher level of option clearance from my brokerage account. On top of that, ALPHA-9 was terminated in 6 months. They switched my subscription to MONEY HOUR without my consent. I asked for a refund but was told to wait until the end of 1 year subscription. I waited then emailed & called again. They agreed for a refund on phone but then email me stating, "I've processed the cancellation of your Money Hour subscription and you will receive a refund in the amount of $0.00." They need to correct this. I also request a refund of $1,450 for V3 TRADER paid on 8/9/20. It did't fulfill 200 recommendations. I request a total refund of $3,645.

at one time, years back, I purchased this product. But I NEVER purchased it ongoing as in every year and they are charging me every year. I called them to ask them to stop charging me years ago. They said they would but just continue to. I asked my bank to reject the charges they said they can't and I need to just close my account. I should not have to go through the enormous hassle of closing my bank account that I have had for well over 15 years now, just so I can get this company to stop charging me their $79 a year fee. I do not want this product, have no use for this product, never asked to be put on yearly purchase for this product and have asked them to stop yet they continue charging me yearly. The attachment says card but I used a debit card to my recollection since I have no credit cards attached to this bank account.

There are no charges on your account after this, unless they were made to a separate account registered under a different email address then the one you have provided here. On Feb. 4th, 2021 I purchased a year subscription to Tom Gentile's Money Hour for $1593.67. I listened to a number of recorded advertisements, one with a woman who was a normal housewife. She and Tom explained how easy it was to trade Options with Tom. Even a novice with no stock market experience could do it. I paid for the subscription and opened a ****** account just like the one Tom Gentile uses in the **** calls. After attending 5-6 calls and attempting to make the trades as shown on the call, I find it is way too difficult for a novice like me to do. Although I did not trade large amounts, most of the trades Tom advised did not make me money and I lost money. I could not understand how to put in the "conditional orders. Overall I feel the claims that even a novice housewife can participate are misleading. I called spoke with Brad in customer service but he refused to refund my money.

I purchased TOM GENTILE "FAST FORTUNE CLUB" in the amount of $149 on June 21, 2021. It came with a 30 day "No Questions Asked" refund policy. I requested a refund on June 27, 2021 because I felt the product as explained on the video did not match up with what was supplied. I clicked on the 'hot' button to request several things, one of which was cancel. I expressed my desire for a refund. Not having heard anything for a couple days I checked the web for more info. which indicated this was a common problem. No refunds unless a complaint if filed. So, this is why I am filing a complaint. I have contacted them again today, June 3, 2021 and if i do not receive a positive result in a few days, follow up with my credit card company. I am requesting the rest of my refund that I have not received. On May 12, 2020, I subscribed to Money Map Press-Dark Edge Project for a one-year subscription of $1950.00. The project promoted a 1359% return on your investments that they guided you to make, based on proprietary data they had on Dark Pool trades. There was a 100% money back guarantee if you did not receive the 1359% return on your option trade investments within a year. On December 15th, 2020, I received an email update from DR Barton (the mentor of the Dark Edge Project) stating that he was "stepping away" from the Dark Edge Project to pursue other interests and that subscribers would automatically be transferred to MMP's 1450 Club, which I didn't want. I am writing to you to help me as a consumer, to get back the rest of the money that I paid for a subscription that failed to deliver on what it promised. The full subscription price was $1950.00. They returned $882.75. Therefore, I am owed $1067.25. Thanks in advance!

End of March I purchased a 1 year membership for $40.00, 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. I never received any kind of receipt for my purchase. I've emailed them at least 5 times, stating clearly that I want to cancel my membership & get my money back. The emails are sent from within their website & don't end up in my gmail "sent' folder, because they're not sent from my gmail. Therefore I only have copies of what I emailed the last 2 times, as I copy/pasted them into a writer document & saved it on my laptop. Nearly 2 months have gone by since the 1st time I said to cancel & issue a refund. Not once has anyone gotten back to me, they're not acknowledging any of my emails, my membership has not been cancelled & my money has not not been refunded. I even sent a text to the number they provide on the home page that says "text" next to it. They can't say I missed a 30 or 60 day deadline to get the refund because the 1st email was sent only 3 weeks after I bought it.

I find it interesting that after getting an email from the BBB, saying that the business has been notified of my complaint, I immediately got an email from them acknowledging cancellation of my order and the refund issued. They might have continued to ignore my emails if I didn't contact the BBB.

I purchased the Money Press Microcurrency Trader subscription program for $2,150 for the year. According to their AD, I would get recommendations to invest in cryptocurrencies that would return 300% more than bitcoin returns. I have invested in 6 recommendations so far since enrolling and I have not earned any returns. Instead I have lost thousands of dollars. According their ad, they said they have a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn't happy with the returns. Well, I am not happy. So, I called them to request a cancelation and a refund and they said that I had to wait 12 months to get a refund. I don't want to wait 12 months, since this is obviously a rip off. I would like my $2,150 refunded back to me asap.

Currently, we have just six losing trades out of our last 49 closed positions, good for an 87.8% win rate and with an average gain of north of 100% per trade. The trades that you have recently received have not been exited as we are holding until the recent swings in the crypto market subside. On 2.4.21 I was charged $1,515.25 (1450 club) and $364.71 (project 303 lifetime). They marketed large gains from option trading that rarely occur. Within a day of joining, I was called by their Senior VIP asking what I was thinking by not signing up for lifetime 1450 for another $1,000. I gave programs honest try over 3 months and followed their instructions only to lose money. Most trades you can't get because of timing/low availability. Misleading marketing and they continue to try to sign you up for more services even sending demeaning emails when you don't - on 5.10.2021 via email "If you're still on the fence, then forget about it....I DON'T WANT YOU TO JOIN ME". I can't afford to lose any more based on their recommendations and I called today for a refund. I was denied. Every week we have tech problems, promised trades come days late, emails too late to act, this program is flawed. One promised trade for signing up had already exp. Order #'s *******************. Want full refund

I paid for several subscriptions that did not tell the truth at the start Hyperdrive needs big account and it was not explained at start Microcurrency promised trades that are exponential Operation surge does not even deliver and give alerts as promised I will seek refunds of all moneys because emails come 2 days later none extraordinary worth paying thousands of hard earned pandemic dollars

I originally joined Money Map Press via the "10 Minute Millionaire" program. Using Barton's information I lost many thousands of dollars, so when renewal came up, I passed. During this time I learned some about Tom Gentile, and some of his services. I signed up for "Alpha 9" with mixed results. And when a lifetime renewal was offered, I fell for the trap. I am currently charged $295 annual maintenance fee, and there is no such service as Alpha 9 any longer. They "automatically" switched me to something called "Money Hour" I think. My limited funds are in an account that does not even support this type of timed trading. This seems to me to be the old scam "bait and switch" and the money spent for services is useless. Attempted to contact company on their customer site a few times with no response. Now I cannot even find the method to contact again. My request is two fold. Stop the maintenance fees and refund them, and refund the "lifetime" fees for the nonexistent service.
